Accommodation Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remainder is due 4 weeks before arrival. If you are booking within 4 weeks of arrival, the full balance is due to confirm your booking.
The minimum stay is 4 nights except for high season (June, July, August and September) where the minimum rental period is one week (7 nights).
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival in cash. The security deposit is refundable when checking-out once the apartment has been checked for damages. If there are damages to report, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder is refunded.
