The modern Villa Colina has a plunge pool that can be heated and is one of the new properties in Pêra.
It has an alarm system, electric blinds, two private parking spaces in front of the house and there are additional parking spaces in the area.
On the first floor of this modern villa there are three bedrooms – one with a double bed, another with a single bed and the third one with two single beds. On the ground floor you will find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with shower, a double bed and access to the outside. Each bedroom has a spacious built-in wardrobe and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The sophisticated open space offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large table for meals and a cozy fireplace corner with TV. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
The glass doors lead out to the heated cocktail pool 6,00 x 3,00 meter (depth 1.10m - 1.50m), which has a corner bank to relax in the pool while enjoying your drinks. There is also a surrounding terrace with sun loungers and a solar shower.
A separate BBQ area with a large table invites you to relax and enjoy some grilled meals.
Small shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, post office etc. can be quickly reached on foot in Pêra. The large shopping center Algarve Shopping, in Guia, is only a few minutes away by car. It is around 45 kilometers to Faro Airport.
The Algarve is known for its beautiful beaches and the beaches of Salgados, Praia Grande and Armação Pêra can be reached in about ten minutes by car. The sandy beaches stretch for many kilometers so that everyone can discover their own personal favorite spot. The landscape of the Algarve, its historical places and friendly people will amaze you.
