The ground floor comprises a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the lounge and dining area, a room fitted with a pool table and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 3 individual beds each.
On the first floor you can find a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom and a large balcony with table and chairs that overlook the pool area.
The south facing pool is surrounded by a large terrace with plenty of sunbeds, a fish pond and gardens around the property. The back of the property includes a BBQ area, one of the focus of our guests to prepare a delicious meal whilst enjoying the amazing weather the Algarve has to offer all year long.

This villa is ideally located on the road between the Strip and the Old Town with both being within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of beaches just a short stroll away such as Oura Beach, Forte de Sao Joao, Aveiros Beach or even the famous Fisherman's beach.
