70% balance is due 8 weeks before arrival;
Maid service: 1 x week; change of towels: 1 x week; change of linen after 7 days;
Security Deposit:
This property has a security deposit of €200 to €500. The security deposit is refundable up to 10 days upon departure, once the property has been duly checked;
Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW): A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of €6 per person is applicable. This amount covers accidental damages up to €300 that may occur in the property during your holiday. Please note, this charge does not cover any willful and negligent behavior. If the cost of the accidental damage exceeds €300 or the damage is caused due to negligence or with intent, there will be additional charges.
Cancelation policy for this property:
• 50% refund when canceled 6 weeks or more before arrival;
• 25% refund when canceled between 5 - 4 weeks before arrival;
• 10% refund when canceled 3 - 2 weeks before arrival;
• 0% refund when canceled within 2 weeks before arrival.
