35% deposit to confirm the booking;
65% balance is due 12 weeks before arrival;

Cots and highchairs are available for €30 per item per booking;
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and is included in the price for the period from 15/07 to 31/08. Available as an optional extra for €200 a week at all other times (must be pre-booked);
Security Deposit:
Groups of friends under 25 years old: €150 per person;
Groups of friends over 25 years old: €100 per person;
Families: €350.
